These changes have been made to improve the functionality of Prime. To find your current version of Prime 16 Web, look on the staff Login page (see the Version Information page for more information).
Changes made:
Reorder Case dropdown in Stopwatch and Batch time entries for quick selection of Matter and Support Activity (simply type M or S to quickly select them from the top of the list)
Option to open Case Notes (from Context Menu in a Client record) in a new tab (click on icon next to Case Notes option)
Attorney number now appears in the PBI QBF Report form
Search by Intake Worker in the Client Search screen (dropdown search field and choose Intake Worker)
New search fields in Online Intake Search screen'
Option to sort Ascending and Descending by date in Client Case Notes Edit screen
Search Time View - see reason (notes) of time slip by hovering mouse over row
Save/Add New button in Time Keeping Stopwatch form
Time forms now show only available (current and active) funding codes and order by number
Initial order in Search Time, Search Clients, and Search Eligibility by newest result first
Problem code included in case dropdown in Time Stopwatch
Add phone number to top of Case Notes form
"Add to Case Notes" button in Time Stopwatch and Time Batch forms
Behind the scene updates to many supporting items (e.g., newer IPAddressRange options, updated Email systems, etc.).
