New Changes in the 2024-12-31 version of Prime 16 Web

These changes have been made to improve the functionality of Prime. To find your current version of Prime 16 Web, look on the staff Login page (see the Version Information page for more information).

Changes made:

  1. Underlying updates to the database for new features.
  2. Correct creation of callback entry from Clients and Eligibility.
  3. DocuSign system updated to not include blank in date variables.
  4. Update several calendar settings to ensure dates and times are respected in calendar entries.
  5. Include HUD 6 Special Program by default.
  6. Update casecontact page to display visually better with lines between entries and full contact type.
  7. Callback's calls to / calls from are all available on one page.
  8. Suggestion page now shows message sent and then closes after a few seconds.
  9. Behind the scene updates to many supporting items (e.g., newer IPAddressRange options, updated Email systems, etc.).
