New Changes in the 2025-05-01 version of Prime 16 Web

These changes have been made to improve the functionality of Prime. To find your current version of Prime 16 Web, look on the staff Login page (see the Version Information page for more information).

Changes made:

  1. Underlying updates to the database for new features.
  2. Authentication system (SMEMBER.VB) updated to newest settings.
  3. New Kemp's API Admin system now included (tables and forms).
  4. ActiveQueryBuilder updated to newest version.
  5. USPS API Address checker modified to use new USPS system. (Old system will be discontinued by USPS.)
  6. True age is corrected when pushed from Eligibility to Clients.
  7. Layout of login page modified. Better structure and look.
  8. Layout of pages modified to be in central css file.
  9. Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator will work with 2FA.
  10. Client search screen modifications improving structure and use.
  11. Global asax updated for better use.
  12. Site css settings moved to central file.
  13. Help menu update shows user's manual and support page.
  14. Callback system and page layout improved.
  15. Case contact page layout modified for better visual structure.
  16. Behind the scene updates to many supporting systems.
