New Changes in the 2025-11-04 version of Prime 16 Web

These changes have been made to improve the functionality of Prime. To find your current version of Prime 16 Web, look on the staff Login page (see the Version Information page for more information).

Changes made:

  1. Document Tracking has a preview button for PDF documents that can be shown natively in browsers.
  2. Copy documents in Document Tracking from Online Intake to Clients.
  3. Document Tracking enhancement - when document is uploaded, it is shown in treeview.
  4. Document tracking added to ScreeningX (Online Intake)
  5. New Document Tracking page layout and functions
  6. Add date of birth to printed eligibility form
  7. Behind the scene updates to many supporting systems.
