New Changes in the 2026-05-06 version of Prime 16 Web

These changes have been made to improve the functionality of Prime. To find your current version of Prime 16 Web, look on the staff Login page (see the Version Information page for more information).

Changes made:

  1. Updates to the Error Check page
  2. Home page shows name of user in the top menu bar
  3. Database and system version information moved to configuration pages for easy storage and modification
  4. Session timeout updated by script to keep session alive across multiple web browser tabs
  5. New update progress bar created and put into use
  6. Recolor login page for visual asthetics
  7. Update font family in pages to not require download of font files--make the system faster
  8. New help system pages (from Prime 16 Online User's Manual) now directly available in Prime
  9. Agency input page changes
    1. Agency input page uses new accordian instead of expanders
    2. Saves in Agency input now return to same location before save
    3. Top line buttons are sticky at top
  10. Removal of tile menu
  11. Search Agency - new format and display; repoint all usage to this new form
  12. Add "warm up" settings so initial use of site is speedy
  13. Updates to multiple pages to return to prior spot after save
  14. Updates to multiple search screens to show initial entries and searches therein
  15. Update USPS Address system to meet new USPS system and requirements
  16. Delete time entries from Admin system
  17. Add Microsoft Entra login availability
  18. Update ConvergeOne validation (check multiple domain masters)
  19. EasyQuery - Update and add to Menu
  20. ActiveQueryBuilder - Update for visual use and increase abilities
  21. Integrate Document Tracking with Organizational SharePoint systems
  22. New Database Version
  23. Behind the scene updates to many supporting systems.
