New Changes in the 2026-06-19 version of Prime 16 Web

These changes have been made to improve the functionality of Prime. To find your current version of Prime 16 Web, look on the staff Login page (see the Version Information page for more information).

Changes made:

  1. Two customizable home screen widgets are available for users
  2. Home page has selectable widgets; widgets may also be reordered
  3. User can select between New or Classic version of client search screen as their default
  4. Authorization page displays if user is not authorized for a particular page instead of redirecting to login page
  5. Docusign features updated substantially for setup and use
  6. Comprehensive reports updated to run quickly
  7. Feature update notifications for newly updated pages are available
  8. Office 365 Calendar and Email systems integrated with Microsofot
  9. Emails and attachments are copyable to cases easier
  10. Allow login utilizing Microsoft entra
  11. Replace MSXML2 with XmlDocument in HUD system
  12. Error check page auto closes if no error exist
  13. Error check tracks whether errors are finished checking
  14. Web systems start up faster with some folders precompiled and ready
  15. Update to security headers
  16. Letters work better with images
  17. Document tracking may not use Organization's Sharepoint system - documents may be moved there from database
  18. New Database Version
  19. Behind the scene updates to many supporting systems.
